What’s Included?

First Visit Services:

Inventory & label all systems and thermostats
Identify filter sizes
Install drain service port & ball valve for improved drainage
Connect common wire to thermostat (if applicable)

Routine Maintenance (Every Visit):

Check refrigerant levels & coil temperature differential
Flush & treat drain lines to prevent clogs
Clean air handler, evaporator pans, condenser coils, and outdoor units
Vacuum closets & drain pans to reduce dust accumulation
Apply protective wax to outdoor units
Treat electrical control panels to prevent insect-related damage
Inspect electrical connections, wiring, and ductwork
Test cooling and heating operations
Check for refrigerant leaks and provide a performance report

Scheduling & Service Policy

Initial visit within 1 - 2 weeks of signup
Bi-annual maintenance: Pre-Winter & Pre-Summer

Clients must respond to scheduling outreach—missed services cannot be rescheduled
